Return Policy
Return Policy and Guidelines
We offer a 30-day return policy on all new and unopened products, starting from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Packaging must be intact, and warranty seals must not be broken. Proof of condition (photos or video) may be required.
If a product is returned in used or damaged condition, or with missing parts, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.
Motors (Drone & FPV Motors)
All motors sold by us are covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects. If an issue occurs within 30 days, we will exchange the defective motor. If the product is unavailable or discontinued, a store credit may be issued. Motors with physical damage, improper installation, modifications, or abuse are not eligible for return or credit. Please ensure that all motor screws are the correct length before use.
Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs)
ESCs are covered under a 15-day warranty for manufacturer defects only. This policy does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, user error, modifications, power surges, electrical shorts, fire, or water damage. We recommend thoroughly testing all components before supplying power.
Propellers
Propellers are covered by a 15-day warranty for manufacturer defects. Damage caused by crashes, improper installation, or general wear and tear is not covered.
Batteries
Batteries are covered by a 15-day warranty for dead-on-arrival (DOA) or manufacturer defects. Batteries showing signs of misuse, overcharging, impact damage, or water damage are not eligible for return. All battery claims must be approved by sending a photo of the defective battery to sales1@madcomponentsusa.com. After approval, please dispose of the damaged battery safely and we will issue an exchange or store credit.
Return Process
Submit a return/exchange request online or by contacting our support team. If the return is due to a defective product, a prepaid return label will be provided. If returning an unused item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. After the item is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Items requiring detailed inspection may take up to 7–14 business days.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for used or damaged items that are not manufacturer defects. Reimbursement for return shipping applies to postage only and does not include packing materials. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of MAD Components.
