Who is MAD Components USA?
MAD Components USA is the official U.S. distributor and support center for MAD Motor, specializing in high-performance drone propulsion systems, ESCs, propellers, lithium batteries, and industrial-grade UAV components.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — we offer Local Curbside Pickup during business hours. Select the option at checkout and text your order number upon arrival. Full instructions are on our Shipping & Pickup page.
Orders & Account
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Each order will show its status and tracking number (if available).
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at sales1@madcomponentsusa.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once a label is created or the package is in transit, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with:

- UPS
- DHL (International)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders $199+ shipping within the U.S. qualify for free economy shipping unless the order contains oversized or heavy items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via USPS International and DHL. DHL is recommended for faster and more reliable service.
Note: International economy shipping may have slow or limited tracking and longer customs delays.
Returns & Warranty
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for new, unused, unopened products. See our Return Policy for full details.
What is your motor warranty?
All motors are covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects. Physical damage or misuse is not covered.
What is your ESC warranty?
ESCs include a 15-day warranty for manufacturer defects only.
Do you replace defective batteries?
Yes — within 15 days for DOA or manufacturer defects. Email photos to: sales1@madcomponentsusa.com.
Product Questions
Do your motors come as singles or sets?
Most motors are sold individually unless otherwise specified.
Do propellers include hardware?
Most carbon-fiber propellers include mounting hardware. Check the product page for details.
Do you offer OEM or custom solutions?
Yes. MAD offers OEM and ODM development for UAV manufacturers. Contact us for custom motor tuning, propulsion systems, and integration services.
