1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes may include adjustments to commission rates, fee schedules, promotional guidelines, payment procedures, or other program policies. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Enrollment

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the application process and accept these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Promotional Materials

Once approved, affiliates will receive access to promotional materials such as banners, text links, widgets, and coupon codes. These assets may be used solely for promoting MAD Components USA products in accordance with our guidelines.

4. Commissions

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by users who click through approved affiliate links. Commission payments are issued based on your account balance and withdrawal requests, subject to our payment schedule and verification processes.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links, promotional materials, and references to MAD Components USA from your website, social media, or any other promotional channels.

You may not use MAD Components USA trademarks, logos, or copyrighted assets after the agreement ends.
